Louver Angle Checker

The Louver Angle Checker (LAC) is a system for measuring the louver characteristics (composite louver angle and percentage bulk transmission) of plate and convolution cooling fins.

Convolution Profiling System

Convolution height, fin density, contact radius of curvature, or contact length for flat top fins, convolution symmetry, and convolution bow are all measured by Convolution Profiling System. (CPS)

Fin Profiling System

The Fin Profiling System is a CPS subsystem that measures the louver angle of each individual louver as well as its length, flatness, and twist.

Plate Profiling System

The Plate Profiling System is a CPS subsystem that measures the features ("beads," "rails," and "cups") of evaporator plates and oil cooler plates.

Tube Profiling System

The Tube Profiling System is intended to measure the dimensions of various heat exchanger tubes, including rounded, dimpled, flat oval, folded B tube, CAC (rectangular), and multiple folds.

Form Rolls

These tools are used to create aluminum fins with louvers, waves, and offsets on a fin machine

Fin Mills

These machines are used to manufacture fins for various heat exchangers, like radiators, condensers, and evaporators.

Core Builders

These tools are used to assemble the cores of heat exchangers before they are placed in a brazing furnace.

Brazing Furnaces

These furnaces are designed for controlled-atmosphere brazing. They use NOCOLOK flux in an inert atmosphere to braze aluminum heat exchangers for various systems.

Tube Mills

These machines are used to manufacture tubes using various technologies like TIG welding, high-frequency induction welding, lock seam welding, laser welding, or plasma welding

Aluminum

We provide aluminum for the construction of all components, including the main board, side plate, partition board, water chamber, fins, pipes, brazed water-cooled plate, large battery cover, battery shell, and battery lug.
